MENTAL WELLNESS
Mental Wellness Check-In
Take a few minutes to notice how you are doing across stress, sleep, mood, energy, connection, and coping.
Check in with yourself
You do not need to wait until things feel unmanageable to pay attention to your mental wellness. A quick check-in can help you notice changes early and decide what kind of support or reset might help.
Stress
How full does your mental load feel today? Are you managing it, or does everything feel like it is piling up?
Sleep
Are you getting enough rest? Have you noticed changes in falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested?
Mood
What emotions have been showing up most often lately? Have you felt more irritable, low, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected than usual?
Energy
Do you have enough energy for your usual responsibilities, or does everything feel harder than normal?
Connection
Have you been spending time with people who support you, or have you been pulling away more than usual?
Coping
What have you been doing to handle stress? Are those strategies helping, or are they creating more problems?
What do you notice?
Look for changes rather than perfection.
If several areas have been harder than usual for a while, consider talking with someone you trust or reaching out for additional support.
